Huayan Robotics Targets Global Manufacturing Market at IMTS 2026
With over 90,000 industry professionals expected to descend on Chicago’s McCormick Place this September, Huayan Robotics is positioning its latest suite of intelligent manufacturing tools to capture international attention. The Chinese manufacturer plans to showcase its expanded capabilities in automation, ranging from precision welding to advanced humanoid robotics.

The company’s display at Booth 236746 will focus on practical, high-throughput solutions designed for demanding industrial environments. Among the featured hardware is the E12-Pro collaborative robot, which boasts a 1.8-meter reach specifically engineered for large-scale or irregular welding tasks. Integrating AI-driven vision and force control, the unit aims to simplify complex polishing and positioning workflows that previously required manual intervention.
Beyond welding, the company is addressing logistics and machine shop efficiency. Its high-speed palletizing solution handles up to 60 kg per cycle, targeting the high-volume needs of the food, beverage, and chemical sectors. For CNC environments, Huayan is introducing optimized motor control algorithms that claim to accelerate loading and unloading speeds by up to 50%. The firm is also highlighting its HY 7 and Echo 5 seven-axis arms, which utilize native ROS 2 support to integrate into broader embodied robotic systems.
As one of China’s largest exporters of collaborative robots, Huayan Robotics currently supports operations in over 50 countries. The IMTS exhibition serves as a strategic push to deepen its footprint in the North American market by demonstrating how its core motion components and joint modules can adapt to diverse manufacturing scenarios.
