Airties Launches Aura to Automate ISP Network Management

Airties has introduced Aura, an agentic AI engine designed to autonomously diagnose and resolve connectivity issues for internet service providers. By processing data across 50 million connected homes and businesses, the system aims to shrink the gap between identifying network faults and implementing automated fixes across entire subscriber bases.

The engine, which stands for Agentic AI that Understands, Reasons and Automates, integrates directly into existing ISP platforms like Careview. Unlike passive diagnostic tools, Aura provides role-specific intelligence, offering frontline agents summary reports while delivering granular technical data to network engineers. The system operates under a human-in-the-loop governance model, allowing operators to dictate which actions require manual approval and which can proceed autonomously.

Turknet has become the first operator to deploy the technology, aiming to shift from reactive troubleshooting to proactive network management. Airties intends for the platform to reduce the frequency of costly truck rolls and improve customer retention by preemptively addressing service anomalies. The engine is hardware-agnostic, functioning across gateways, extenders, and applications to maintain a unified view of broadband performance.
