Investors Face October Deadline in AEVEX Securities Class Action
Investors who purchased AEVEX Corp. stock following the company's April 2026 initial public offering face an October 20 deadline to seek lead plaintiff status in a federal class action lawsuit. The litigation alleges that the defense technology contractor misled shareholders regarding pre-arranged plans to bypass mandatory stock lock-up agreements.

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, names AEVEX, its controlling private equity owner Madison Dearborn Partners, and several underwriters as defendants. Plaintiffs contend that while the company publicly committed to a 180-day lock-up period to prevent early stock sales, executives and financial backers had already orchestrated a secondary public offering to occur shortly after the IPO.
Market confidence faltered when the company announced an intention to sell eight million additional shares on June 1, 2026. Shares dropped approximately 16% following that disclosure and fell an additional 7% after a subsequent prospectus confirmed the waiver of the lock-up restrictions. The firm Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP is soliciting investors who suffered substantial losses during the Class Period, spanning from April 17 to June 4, 2026, to participate in the proceedings.
