ADP Expands AWS Partnership to Scale AI-Driven HR Operations

The collaboration marks a transition for ADP, positioning AWS as the primary cloud provider for its ongoing digital transformation. Central to this initiative is ADP Assist, an AI-powered assistant built on Amazon Bedrock. The tool is designed to identify payroll anomalies and generate reports, effectively reducing the manual burden on HR practitioners. Furthermore, ADP has leveraged AWS technology to streamline its Lyric HCM platform, reporting that generative AI-driven onboarding processes have already cut critical implementation steps by more than 50 percent.

Behind these applications lies a massive data architecture. ADP is utilizing AWS to aggregate insights from 42 million wage earners globally, creating an intelligence foundation that informs its AI-driven recommendations. This infrastructure allows the company to maintain enterprise-grade security while deploying new features at a faster pace.
