His career includes leadership positions at Stryker Orthopaedics, Tornier, and Conventus Orthopedics, alongside a tenure as U.S. President at Integrum. His expertise centers on commercializing disruptive technologies and managing growth for both public and private equity-backed organizations.

At OsteoCentric, Zanni will oversee the commercial and operational development of the company's oncology and bone-anchored prosthesis business. The initiative aims to integrate the firm’s UnifiMI platform technology into demanding clinical environments, specifically focusing on bionic technology and limb salvage.
