Alice Choi Joins Prezent Vivo as COO to Scale AI Medical Communications

Choi joins the leadership team at a pivotal moment as Prezent Vivo expands its Neo Agency model. The platform, which serves 45 of the world’s top 50 biopharma companies, aims to refine how complex scientific data is translated into compliant, high-quality communications. Her mandate includes scaling operations across the company’s AI software and expert service divisions.

Prior to this appointment, Choi held significant roles within the Omnicom network and McCann Health. CEO Rajat Mishra highlighted that her background in commercial leadership and her extensive network within the biopharma ecosystem were critical factors in her selection. According to company President Francine Carrick, Choi’s ability to balance scientific rigor with creative output will be central to the firm's growth strategy. Choi herself noted that the integration of human expertise with AI capabilities was the primary driver behind her decision to join the organization.
