Sectra Shareholders Approve Dividend and New Incentive Program
Sectra shareholders gathered in Linköping on September 8, 2026, for the company's annual general meeting, where they authorized a total dividend payout of SEK 2.30 per share. The meeting also greenlit a performance-based incentive program for employees and confirmed the re-election of the board of directors.

The approved dividend consists of an ordinary payment of SEK 1.30 per share supplemented by an extraordinary dividend of SEK 1.00. Shareholders of record as of September 10, 2026, can expect payment via Euroclear Sweden AB on September 15.
Beyond financial distributions, the company introduced the LTIP 2026, a performance-based incentive plan open to up to 1,500 employees. To support this initiative, the board received authorization to issue up to 1,000,000 Class C shares or repurchase existing treasury shares, ensuring the company can meet delivery requirements for performance shares and associated social security costs.
Governance changes included the re-election of Jan-Olof Brüer as Chairman of the Board, alongside incumbent members Birgitta Hagenfeldt, Torbjörn Kronander, Anders Persson, Tomas Puusepp, Fredrik Robertsson, and Ulrika Unell. Joel Kronander and Michael Brüer were newly elected to the board, transitioning from their previous roles as deputies. Ernst & Young AB remains the company's auditor, with Andreas Troberg serving as the lead auditor.
In addition to setting director and committee fees, the meeting granted the board authority to manage treasury shares and issue up to 18.5 million new Class B shares. This flexibility is intended to support future company acquisitions or market investments. Shareholders ultimately declined a proposal to establish a 50-year jubilee fund.
