Stream Realty Partners Appoints Shawn Kimble to Investment Leadership

Kimble joins the national commercial real estate firm with a deep background in institutional investing, having previously managed U.S. and European capital markets and strategy at Barings. His track record includes overseeing more than $35 billion in asset-level and fund-level leverage, alongside significant experience in risk management and valuation committees. Before his time at Barings, he spent years at Wells Fargo, where he structured over $7.5 billion in commercial real estate financings.

At Stream, Kimble will focus on scaling the investment management division, which currently oversees five active funds and approximately 32 million square feet of industrial, office, and mixed-use properties. Jackson noted that Kimble’s expertise in executing complex transactions is a strategic fit for the company’s current growth trajectory. The firm, which handles over $11.5 billion in annual transactions, aims to leverage Kimble’s background to further differentiate its investment capabilities and pursue new market opportunities.
