Red Bank Catholic High School Launches Dedicated Student Wellness Space
On World Suicide Prevention Day, Red Bank Catholic High School unveiled the RISE Wellness Room, a sanctuary designed to provide students with immediate mental health support. The new facility represents a strategic partnership with Conscientia Health, aiming to integrate emotional care directly into the daily campus experience.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony, attended by Principal Dr. Vanessa Pereira and Conscientia Health COO Tony Onoriode, marks the practical realization of a wellness curriculum initiative. Located on the school's Broad Street campus, the room serves as a quiet refuge for students, featuring a private consultation area and a self-guided check-in system that connects users directly to clinical support.
Dr. Simbiat Adighije, founder of Conscientia Health, emphasized that the initiative aims to address adolescent struggles before they escalate into crises. Beyond the physical space, the partnership provides workshops on resilience and coping strategies for families and students. According to school counselor Nicole Wall, the project reflects a shift toward prioritizing emotional health alongside academic performance, ensuring students have access to support pathways throughout the school year.
