Affix Holdings Forms Specialty Label Platform Through Three-Way Merger
Three established American label manufacturers have consolidated to form Affix Holdings, a new industrial platform designed to scale technical capabilities and geographic reach. By merging AAi, Guaranteed Labels, and Sticker Ranch, the group aims to unify their expertise in producing high-durability decals, nameplates, and graphic overlays for diverse sectors.
Headquartered in Jonesboro, Arkansas, the new entity leverages the foundation of AAi, formerly known as Art Advertising, Inc. The merger incorporates Texas-based Sticker Ranch and Alabama’s Guaranteed Labels to broaden the firm’s manufacturing footprint and service capacity. While the businesses now operate under the Affix umbrella, they maintain their individual operational structures to preserve existing client relationships.
Affix Holdings CEO Lynn Higgs stated that the integration allows for deeper investment in staff and production technology while maintaining the service standards of the legacy companies. According to Director Justin Burris, the brand serves as a vehicle to support the growth of these specialized firms, providing them with the shared resources necessary to tackle complex, mission-critical labeling requirements for industries ranging from heavy infrastructure to consumer packaging.
