Alger Russell Innovation Index Adjusts Holdings for Third Quarter
Seven companies will join the Alger Russell Innovation Index following the market close on September 18, 2026, as Fred Alger Management executes its quarterly rebalancing. The shifts reflect the firm's ongoing strategy to capture growth among firms undergoing what it describes as positive dynamic change.

The index additions include Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Aptiv, Chime Financial, Meta Platforms, Universal Display, Qualcomm, and Zoom Communications. These entries replace seven outgoing firms: Dynatrace, Expedia Group, Paycom Software, Zebra Technologies, Zillow Group, Zscaler, and Skyworks Solutions.
Headquartered in New York, the privately held firm has maintained its investment philosophy for over six decades. While these adjustments alter the index composition, the manager cautions that growth-style equity investments remain subject to higher volatility and market sensitivity than broader market benchmarks.
