Aardvark Therapeutics Faces Securities Fraud Class Action Lawsuit
Investors who incurred losses from Aardvark Therapeutics, Inc. stock between February 10, 2025, and May 14, 2026, are being sought to serve as lead plaintiffs in a newly filed securities fraud class action. The legal window to petition the court for this role closes on October 13, 2026.

The lawsuit, filed by Glancy Prongay Wolke & Rotter LLP, alleges that Aardvark Therapeutics misled shareholders by suppressing critical data regarding the safety profile of its experimental drug, ARD-101. Plaintiffs claim that the company overstated the clinical and regulatory prospects of the treatment, resulting in materially false public statements that inflated the firm's perceived market value. Shareholders who purchased stock during the specified period may now join the litigation to seek recovery for their financial losses. While the court has not yet certified a formal class, the firm is currently organizing potential lead plaintiffs to spearhead the case. Investors retain the right to select their own legal counsel or opt out of active participation while remaining absent class members.
