Tulsa Innovation Hub Gradient Prepares for CHROMA 2026
More than 300 founders, investors, and enterprise leaders will gather in Tulsa on September 24 for the second annual CHROMA innovation summit. Hosted by the regional hub Gradient, the one-day event aims to bridge the gap between local startups and global industry players through high-stakes networking and direct business matchmaking.
The gathering focuses on scaling regional potential into global impact by facilitating intentional proximity between emerging companies and established giants. Participating organizations include Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Williams Ventures, alongside regional players like the Cherokee Nation and Cortado Ventures. According to Devon Laney, CEO of Gradient, the event is designed to bypass abstract discussions about access in favor of direct connections that lead to pilots, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
Programming spans mainstage panels moderated by journalists from Fast Company, TechCrunch, and News on 6, featuring insights from Stash co-founder Brandon Krieg and author Alex Banayan. The day concludes with the Startup World Cup Tulsa Regional, where 10 finalists will compete for a chance to pitch for a $1 million investment prize at the Grand Finale in San Francisco. While geared toward entrepreneurs, the event remains open to the broader community interested in the intersection of technology and business in the Heartland.
