Qvinci Launches RoyaltyHub to Automate Franchise Fee Management
Franchise brands frequently struggle with fragmented royalty workflows, relying on manual data collection and disconnected systems that invite error. Austin-based Qvinci aims to replace these labor-intensive processes with RoyaltyHub, an integrated platform designed to handle the entire royalty lifecycle, from sales data collection to automated invoicing and payment tracking.

The platform functions as a centralized hub, pulling data directly from accounting software and point-of-sale systems. By automating calculations and fee generation, the software removes the burden of spreadsheet management from franchisors. The system also handles administrative hurdles such as late payment notifications, branded invoice distribution, and payment history tracking for both the corporate office and individual franchisees.
Brad Adams, CEO and Chairman of Qvinci, noted that the product addresses a significant gap in franchise technology, aiming to provide greater confidence in financial reporting. Beyond simple automation, the tool integrates with existing Qvinci Intelligence products. This combination allows brands to correlate royalty data with broader operational performance metrics, providing a clearer picture of profitability across individual units and the entire system. The company plans to demonstrate these capabilities during a live webinar scheduled for September 24.
