ACTIIV Shifts Focus from Scalp to Strand with New INTEGRITYrx System
Nashville-based haircare brand ACTIIV is pivoting from its decade-long focus on scalp health to address fiber integrity. The company is launching INTEGRITYrx, a three-part system designed to preemptively protect hair from chemical stress rather than merely addressing damage after it occurs during salon services.

For years, the professional haircare industry has operated on a reactive model, waiting for hair to show signs of distress before applying repair treatments. Founder Jared Reynolds, a molecular biologist and biochemist, aims to disrupt this timeline with a proactive approach. The new system utilizes IntegriFLEX Technology and a BioREPAIIR Complex to stabilize bonds and improve fiber flexibility, offering up to 2X better breakage protection compared to leading professional alternatives in independent laboratory testing.
The system integrates into existing salon workflows through the Processing Shield, a spray that activates in ten seconds without requiring modifications to color or lightener formulas. Beyond the salon chair, the line includes a Bio-Enrich Hair Mask and a leave-in heat protectant to maintain hair health at home. These products address a spectrum of concerns ranging from split ends and frizz to static and heat damage, marking a significant strategic expansion for the brand. The full collection, which is vegan and free from parabens and phthalates, becomes available to consumers and professionals starting September 15, 2026.
