Tabulera Expands Workday Integration Suite with EDI Connectivity

Connecting HR platforms to insurance carriers has historically forced internal teams into a cycle of manual specifications and endless email threads. Tabulera replaces this friction by absorbing the carrier introductions, file mapping, and secure SFTP configurations. The service requires customers only to provide basic plan information and confirm mapping, while the platform handles the technical backend and ongoing production maintenance.

Beyond implementation, the tool offers a full-visibility dashboard that tracks every file run and configuration step. This transparency allows HR teams to resolve employee enrollment inquiries in seconds by drilling down into specific file histories. By combining this with the company's previously launched Benefits Reconciliation tool, Workday clients can now manage the entire lifecycle of enrollment data and subsequent invoice verification through a unified partner. CEO Doug Devlin noted that the solution removes the need for specialized EDI expertise, which has long been a barrier for internal HR departments managing multi-carrier environments.
