Silicon Labs to Unveil New IoT Capabilities at Works With Summit 2026
Set against the backdrop of Austin’s ACL Live theater, Silicon Labs is preparing to host its seventh annual Works With summit this October. The invitation-only event will feature a high-level executive panel focused on the convergence of edge AI, wireless connectivity, and the infrastructure required to scale intelligent systems.
President and CEO Matt Johnson will anchor the October 7 keynote alongside Chief Technology Officer Daniel Cooley and Senior Vice President of Software Development Manish Kothari. The leadership team plans to move beyond theory, using the stage to unveil new hardware and software products designed to advance connected device performance. The company aims to demonstrate how secure wireless technology and edge-based intelligence can be integrated more effectively into modern homes and industrial infrastructure.
The two-day summit, running October 6-7, splits its programming between the Moody Theater and the company’s lakeside headquarters. Beyond the keynote addresses, the agenda includes technical roundtables and hands-on laboratory sessions covering critical standards such as Matter, Thread, Wi-SUN, and Z-Wave. With attendance strictly limited and managed through an invitation request process, the summit functions as a private forum for Silicon Labs to align its long-term product roadmap with the evolving needs of its ecosystem partners and developers.
