Cleveland-based managed services provider TRG has acquired Cardiff-based Vista Technology Support, a move designed to bolster its field service footprint across the UK and Ireland. Vista brings three decades of experience in the retail, hospitality, and healthcare sectors to the partnership. Their core operations—ranging from preventative maintenance and break-fix engineering to 24/7 service desk support—complement TRG’s existing suite of endpoint management solutions. By absorbing Vista, TRG aims to unify its procurement, deployment, and repair capabilities for its European client base.

Sean Kennedy, CEO of TRG, noted that the acquisition allows the firm to provide consistent support for enterprise endpoints regardless of geographic location. James Pepper, who has led Vista as CEO, will see his team gain access to TRG’s broader global infrastructure while maintaining the service standards established since the firm's 1995 founding. The move represents a strategic expansion for TRG, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital, as it seeks to deepen its technical expertise in the European market.
