The financing package, finalized between April and July 2026, includes senior secured project debt, tax equity bridge loans, and an investment-grade U.S. private placement. The capital supports a robust pipeline of energy storage projects designed to bolster grid resilience in key U.S. power markets. According to Jesse Campbell, the company's Chief Financial Officer, the transactions highlight the depth of Jupiter’s capital market relationships and its ability to scale infrastructure amid rising energy demand.

The largest component, a $536 million facility involving HSBC Bank US and SMBC, will fund the Tidwell Prairie II, Bee Branch, and Barton Branch projects in Texas. Other notable tranches include a $281 million note issuance rated BBB- by KBRA, collateralized by operational assets in Texas and Michigan, and a $294 million package for the Michigan-based Grand Basin and Voyager I portfolio. Additional support was provided by lenders including ING Capital, Societe Generale, MUFG, AB CarVal, and Nuveen.

Jupiter Power currently manages 5.6 GW of operating or contracted capacity, with an additional 23 GW in development. By diversifying its financing sources and geographical footprint, the company continues to solidify its position as a primary independent player in the national battery storage sector.
