Bronston Legal acted as both M&A and regulatory counsel throughout the process, navigating the complex interplay between wireless operations and telecom law. Managing Principal Ben Bronston noted that the convergence of business and regulatory requirements necessitated a specialized approach beyond standard acquisition counsel. While financial terms remain undisclosed, the deal includes an MVNE and Network Access Agreement, ensuring Noble Mobile maintains continuity with Helium Mobile’s existing technology platform and Wi-Fi infrastructure.

Under the terms of the agreement, Noble Mobile will operate the acquired accounts under the Helium Mobile brand for the foreseeable future, utilizing a limited trademark license. This acquisition, publicly surfaced on June 2, 2026, highlights a broader trend of consolidation within the mobile virtual network operator space, where Bronston Legal continues to position itself as a primary advisor for telecom and technology-focused mergers.
