P.F. Chang's Launches Autumn in Kyoto Menu Featuring Duck and Wagyu

Drawing inspiration from the seasonal traditions of Japan, P.F. Chang's has introduced its limited-time Autumn in Kyoto menu across its U.S. locations. The new offerings, which debuted September 16, focus on rich, comforting flavors designed to encourage communal dining experiences through the early weeks of November.

The menu highlights premium proteins, headlined by two new duck dishes: wings glazed in teriyaki with Fresno peppers and a fried rice variation incorporating kimchi, chili jam, and a fried egg. Alongside these, the restaurant is debuting Wagyu Egg Rolls served with black garlic aioli, while the popular Sushi Boat returns as a communal centerpiece.

Culinary innovation extends to the bar program, where the chain is partnering with YOSHI Matcha Liqueur to offer a signature Matcha Martini. The seasonal cocktail list is rounded out by the Kyoto Cabin, a bourbon-based drink featuring black tea, maple, and lemon. These additions reflect a broader strategy to pair familiar favorites with elevated, seasonal ingredients. The menu remains available at participating locations through November 3, 2026.

Beyond the plate, the company is continuing its charitable efforts through the Spirit of the Zodiac campaign. Guests can contribute to the Starlight Children's Foundation by rounding up their bill or purchasing a limited-edition plush toy, with a buy-one-give-one program ensuring donations reach children in need.
