Bitter joins the Huntersville-based manufacturer with over twenty years of experience in corporate finance. He arrives from MCC Label, where he served as Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Development and Transformation, overseeing large-scale M&A and value creation projects. His professional background also includes a twelve-year tenure at Altium Packaging and previous roles at INVISTA and Macquarie Group.

Ray Grupinski, CEO of Precision Concepts, emphasized that Bitter’s history of managing high-stakes transactions aligns with the firm's ambition to scale its specialty rigid packaging platform. Chairman Ken Swanson noted that the move bolsters the company’s internal project management capabilities as it enters a new phase of growth. Precision Concepts, a portfolio company of The Sterling Group, currently operates eighteen facilities across the United States and Canada, employing approximately 1,200 people.
