Delta Crown Hair Extensions Expands Texas Franchise Footprint

Delta Crown Hair Extensions has secured two franchise agreements in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, marking a significant step in the brand’s national expansion. The deal brings four seasoned entrepreneurs into the fold to operate new locations across Flower Mound, Southlake, Coppell, Frisco, and surrounding North Texas communities.

The expansion follows the brand’s recent acquisition by Head to Toe Brands, a portfolio company backed by The Riverside Company. Anna and Raul Lopez, a husband-and-wife team with backgrounds in real estate and aerospace, have committed to three development licenses. Joining them are Kanika Sood and Lavish Agarwal, existing operators of The Lash Lounge in Plano, who have secured two licenses covering the Frisco and McKinney regions.

Sood, a licensed aesthetician, noted that the specialized focus on hair extensions distinguishes the brand within a fragmented beauty market. The company’s business model centers on a membership-driven approach, designed to shorten the service return cycle from the industry-standard eight weeks to a more frequent four-to-six-week cadence. This structure aims to foster consistent client loyalty and stabilize recurring revenue for franchisees. With the U.S. hair extension market valued at $538 million as of early 2024, Delta Crown is positioning its boutique concept to capture demand in a category currently lacking a dominant national player.
