With over $120 million in career sales, Cathryn Yuille joins Madison-Davis as Managing Director of Technology Staffing to anchor the firm’s new Chicago hub. Her appointment signals a strategic push into the Central U.S. market, bridging the firm’s coastal operations while tapping into a dense regional pool of technical and financial talent.
Yuille brings more than a decade of experience across Fortune 1000 enterprises and high-growth SaaS firms. In her new role, she will oversee the Technology Solutions and Partnerships practice, focusing on a diverse range of hiring models including executive search, contract-to-hire, and SOW-based consulting. Her strategy involves engaging operations leaders early in their planning cycles to secure specialized talent before formal requisitions arise.
President Jared Bukzin noted that the move is central to the firm's broader national scaling efforts. By establishing this Chicago base, Madison-Davis aims to replicate Yuille’s track record of transforming single-hire relationships into multi-year partnerships.
