Consulting Magazine Reveals 2026 Women Leaders in Consulting Honorees
Four industry veterans head the 2026 Women Leaders in Consulting awards, a program marking its 21st year of recognizing executive excellence. Consulting Magazine announced the honorees today, highlighting individuals who have navigated rapid shifts in artificial intelligence, complex corporate restructuring, and evolving global regulatory demands.

The 2026 slate honors professionals across a spectrum of disciplines, ranging from cybersecurity and risk technology to data ethics and workforce transformation. Selected by industry luminaries and the magazine’s editorial board, these leaders were chosen for their measurable client impact and their ability to set new standards in an increasingly complex advisory landscape. Michael A. Webb, Director and Editor in Chief of Consulting Magazine, emphasized that the diverse perspectives brought by these women are now an absolute requirement for growth in the consulting profession.
Lifetime Achievement awards were presented to four executives for their career-long contributions to firm governance and capability: Shideh Sedgh Bina of Elixirr, Maryanne Faschan of Deloitte, Stella Mendes of FTI Consulting, and Carol Raimo of Protiviti. Beyond individual accolades, the program also recognized institutional efforts in human capital development. Huron received honors for its success in recruiting and retaining female talent, while firms including Clarkston Consulting, Omlie Consulting, and Protiviti were acknowledged for their mentorship and enrichment programs.
The full list of honorees spans categories such as Technology and AI Innovation, Strategic Impact, and Diversity Championship. These professionals will be formally celebrated during an awards gala scheduled for November 19, 2026, at the New York Marriott Marquis Times Square.
