The selected partners reflect the diversity of San Francisco’s culinary landscape. A Mano, located in Hayes Valley, will kick off the series on January 16 with its focus on house-made pasta and pizza. Chef Mat Schuster’s Castro-based bistro, Canela, follows on January 17, showcasing Spanish tapas and paella. The experience concludes on January 18 at China Live, a multifaceted cultural hub in the city’s historic Chinatown.

This year’s Winter FancyFaire, scheduled for January 17–19, 2027, marks the association’s first return to the city since 2020. The event arrives as San Francisco experiences a significant rebound, with tourism spending projected to surpass pre-pandemic levels and convention business rising 60 percent since 2024. Beyond the Tasting Trail, the show will host over 1,000 exhibitors, feature a live demo stage at Discovery Kitchen, and announce the 2027 Trend of the Year. Exhibitors interested in participating in the trail must submit applications by October 2, 2026.
