Brightstar Lottery Unveils Tech-Driven Growth Strategy at NASPL 2026
Brightstar Lottery PLC is set to showcase a sweeping array of digital and retail innovations at the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries conference in Orlando, Florida, from September 21 to 24, as the company pivots toward AI-integrated operations and omnichannel player engagement.

The firm intends to demonstrate how its latest technological suite addresses the pressures of a rapidly evolving marketplace. Key exhibits include the Infinity Instants Frame, a platform designed for flexible ticket design, and the Retailer Lens, a scanning device meant to simplify point-of-sale operations. Beyond hardware, Brightstar is emphasizing its shift toward data-driven decision-making, highlighting tools such as its Agentic Reporting Assistant and the Game Planner, which utilizes AI to assist in instant-game forecasting and management.
Executive Vice President Marco Tasso noted that the company’s focus remains on helping jurisdictions navigate competitive threats while generating long-term value. Beyond the showroom floor, Brightstar leadership will participate in several panel discussions throughout the conference. These sessions will cover product management trends, the convergence of digital and retail play, and strategies for maintaining relevance among next-generation players. By bridging traditional retail terminals with mobile-enabled discovery and self-service claims, the company aims to position itself as a primary architect for the future of the lottery industry.
