Adora Life Science Taps Neurosurgeon Dr. Clinton D. Morgan as CMO

The appointment marks a significant shift for Adora as it pivots toward human applications for PSGAG, a biopolymer long utilized in veterinary medicine to modify antiarthritic outcomes. Dr. Morgan, who previously served on the company’s Board of Directors, will oversee the assembly of a new Scientific Advisory Board focused on glycobiology, osteoarthritis, and radiation injury. His mandate includes coordinating a network of university faculty and research organizations to push the firm toward its first-in-human studies.

For Dr. Morgan, the move represents a departure from a flourishing surgical career to pursue regenerative medicine. Having dedicated much of his practice to degenerative disc disease and osteoarthritis, he views the current surgical toolkit as inherently limited. By focusing on disease modification rather than reactive intervention, he aims to validate the therapeutic potential of PSGAG in human patients. Adora currently holds five US patents for its manufacturing and dosage forms, with protection extending until at least 2043, providing a long-term runway for the program.
