DTEN D7X AI Board Gains Microsoft Teams Certification
The 55-inch DTEN D7X AI Board has officially secured Microsoft Teams certification, bringing advanced room-aware intelligence to hybrid workspaces. By leveraging on-device processing to frame participants individually and isolate audio, the system aims to eliminate the flattened, distant perspectives common in traditional conference room camera setups.

This all-in-one hardware solution addresses the friction of hybrid collaboration by mapping meeting spaces in 3D to distinguish active participants from background distractions. Beyond visual framing, the device utilizes a 15-element microphone array to ensure remote attendees hear clear, speaker-attributed audio. This data quality is critical for organizations relying on Microsoft Copilot and Facilitator agents, which require precise input to generate accurate meeting summaries and transcriptions.
Running on Windows, the board integrates with existing IT management frameworks including Microsoft Pro Portal and Intune. CEO Wei Liu stated that the device is engineered to simplify complex room technology, allowing teams to deploy hardware that functions immediately upon connection. While the 55-inch model is available now globally, the company confirmed that certification for the larger 75-inch version is currently in development.
