Verdera Energy Taps North Star for Investor Relations Push
Vancouver-based Verdera Energy Corp. has signed a consulting agreement with North Star Investor Relations, aiming to sharpen its outreach to capital markets. The deal, effective September 15, 2026, marks a strategic effort by the uranium developer to amplify its presence as it expands its footprint in the New Mexico mining sector.
Under the terms of the agreement, Verdera will pay the Toronto-based firm a monthly retainer of CAD $10,000 for an initial one-year term. North Star, led by Graham Farrell, is tasked with managing shareholder engagement, media communications, and capital markets intelligence. The contract remains subject to final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange and includes provisions for either party to terminate the arrangement with 30 days' written notice.
Verdera, which holds a substantial land position spanning 400 square miles in New Mexico, currently manages 88 million pounds of known and historic uranium resources. By bringing on external expertise, the company seeks to bolster its profile within the U.S. nuclear supply chain. Both parties confirmed that North Star and its principals hold no securities in the company, maintaining an arm's-length relationship as they begin their collaboration.
