EO Baltimore Hosts Hands-On AI Hackathon for Business Owners

Led by Sagar Pandya, founder of the AI transformation firm Spej and author of The AI Culture Blueprint, the workshop moves away from the lecture-heavy format of traditional conferences. Instead, participants will engage in two distinct learning tracks: Claude Co-Work, tailored for owners seeking strategic productivity gains without needing coding skills, and Claude Code, intended for those ready to architect custom automated workflows.

Denny Kisner, EO Baltimore’s Learning Chair, emphasizes that the objective is tangible output rather than theoretical notes. Attendees are expected to leave the event with a finished AI solution ready for immediate deployment. The session requires a paid Claude subscription and the completion of a pre-event survey to ensure participants are prepared for the intensive collaborative environment.

This event is open to EO members, their key executives, and qualified business owners via a limited Day Pass. Following the hands-on sessions, the day concludes with a cocktail reception, providing a space for founders to discuss their implementations and network with peers.
