The SOC 2 framework evaluates an organization’s performance across security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. By achieving this attestation, the technical consulting firm aims to provide its partners with formal assurance regarding the protection of sensitive information. A-LIGN COO Steve Simmons noted that the achievement serves as a recognized signal of trust, highlighting the firm’s commitment to maintaining high-quality security protocols.
Beyond this audit, the company continues to focus on infrastructure management and cybersecurity compliance, including support for CMMC frameworks and Azure environment administration. According to a company spokesperson, the certification is treated as a core responsibility rather than a routine administrative requirement.
