The new Leasing Dashboard functions as a central workspace where automated agents and human staff manage the same pipeline. By integrating directly with major property management systems like Yardi, Entrata, and AppFolio, the platform ensures that conversation history remains consistent whether a prospect reaches out via SMS, email, chat, or phone. This consolidation aims to eliminate the blind spots created when operators rely on fragmented, third-party software tools.
Betterbot’s latest voice AI handles calls with natural language processing, qualifying leads and routing inquiries while remaining ADA accessible and TCPA compliant. Zlatko Bogoevski, founder and CEO, stated that unifying full-lifecycle AI into one ecosystem allows site teams to capture every lead and improve net operating income without increasing headcount. The system currently claims to auto-resolve 98% of interactions with response times under two seconds, effectively providing around-the-clock coverage for multifamily and senior living operators.
