Summit Fire & Security Expands Reach to Washington and Hawaii

Eight new branch offices now anchor Summit Fire & Security’s expansion into the Pacific Northwest and the Hawaiian Islands. The move marks a significant geographic shift for the subsidiary of SFP Holding, aiming to deliver specialized fire protection, life safety systems, and marine-focused security services to these previously underserved regional markets.

The expansion introduces a dense network of support across Washington, with facilities in North Seattle, South Seattle, and Mount Vernon catering to commercial and marine clients. To cover the interior, the company has opened branches in Pasco and Spokane, which are slated to manage operations extending into Northern Idaho. Meanwhile, the new O'ahu office serves as the primary hub for the entire Hawaiian archipelago, including coverage for Kauai, Molokai, and Lanai.

Regional Vice President Jim Mueller emphasized that the move is driven by the need to help clients navigate increasingly complex regulatory codes. By establishing a permanent physical presence in these states, the firm intends to streamline the maintenance, monitoring, and installation of life safety systems. This infrastructure growth positions the company to handle a wider portfolio of multi-tenant and industrial contracts across the Pacific.
