MGCOne Targets Real Estate Overhaul With Blockchain-Powered Platform
My Green Condo Inc. is moving to dismantle the fragmented, paper-heavy systems governing residential associations by deploying a patent-protected blockchain framework. The company's new model aims to replace traditional software with an immutable ledger, shifting control of financial and operational data directly into the hands of community boards.

The Hightstown-based firm, which holds U.S. Patent No. 12,443,952, argues that modern property management is stifled by outdated workflows and silos. By moving deeds, financial transactions, and governance onto a unified blockchain, MGCOne intends to reduce the 60-to-90-day real estate closing cycle to mere hours. The system relies on stablecoins to facilitate instant settlements and smart contracts to automate accounts receivable, effectively removing the manual bottlenecks that currently plague title searches and estoppel verification.
Beyond administrative efficiency, the platform seeks to redefine the relationship between communities and their service providers. By serving as a central operating system, the technology ensures that data remains with the association rather than the vendor, allowing for frictionless transitions between management companies. MGCOne is now actively seeking to license its intellectual property to existing software providers and management firms, hoping to establish a new industry standard for autonomous, AI-driven community oversight.
