Qualfon Launches Irving Facility with 700 Jobs and Tuition-Free Degrees
Qualfon is planting a flag in Irving, Texas, with a new customer experience center designed to support financial services clients. The expansion promises more than 700 new jobs for the North Texas region, while extending the company’s unique tuition-free degree program to both employees and their eligible family members.
The Irving site will handle complex customer interactions across voice and digital channels, requiring a workforce trained to navigate the nuances of the highly regulated financial sector. According to CEO Alfonso J. Gonzalez, this investment marks a significant milestone for the company’s three-decade presence in Texas, focusing on both regional job growth and specialized client support.
Beyond standard benefits, the company is importing its Rochat University partnership to the new location. This program covers the full cost of undergraduate and graduate degrees, a perk that extends beyond the staff to their immediate family members. Mike Jossi, Chief Person and Administrative Officer, emphasized that the site aims to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and internal career development.
Recruitment efforts are currently underway for customer care representatives, with plans to scale the team to include supervisors, IT support, and human resources personnel.
