Baozun Authorizes $10 Million Share Repurchase Program
Shanghai-based digital commerce provider Baozun Inc. is launching a new share repurchase initiative, authorizing the buyback of up to US$10 million in American depositary shares and Class A ordinary shares over the next 12 months, starting September 24, 2026.

The board of directors granted management the authority to execute the program, which will be funded through the company's existing cash reserves. The buybacks will be conducted on the open market at prevailing prices, contingent upon market conditions and compliance with regulatory frameworks in the Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, and the United States.
While the program signals corporate confidence in the firm's long-term business outlook, Baozun is under no obligation to complete the full amount. The company retains the discretion to modify, suspend, or discontinue the repurchase activity at any time. This move follows a general mandate approved by shareholders during the company's annual general meeting held on June 16, 2026.
