Innventure Investors Face October Deadline in Securities Class Action
Investors who purchased Innventure, Inc. (NASDAQ: INV) shares between November 17, 2025, and August 13, 2026, have until October 27, 2026, to file as lead plaintiffs in a pending securities class action. The lawsuit follows a sharp decline in share value tied to the company's disputed data center project.

The legal action centers on claims that Innventure misled shareholders regarding its 300MW DarkNX deployment, a project previously cited as a primary driver for the company’s valuation. While Innventure initially promoted the agreement as a bridge to positive cash flow, a May 2026 report from Morpheus Research challenged the existence of the project, labeling revenue projections as fiction. Despite the scrutiny, the company continued to feature the deployment in investor presentations until mid-June.
Financial fallout for shareholders intensified on August 13, 2026, when Innventure disclosed a $34.9 million quarterly loss and confirmed the DarkNX site was no longer available. Shares dropped 55% the following day, closing at $1.62. Joseph E. Levi of Levi & Korsinsky LLP, the firm representing the class, stated that the legal challenge addresses how analyst expectations were built upon disclosures that allegedly lacked any real underlying project. Investors who suffered losses during the specified period may be eligible to participate in the litigation, which is typically handled on a contingency basis.
