N7 Foundation Expands Abraham Accords with Kazakhstan Inclusion

Chaired by N7 Foundation founder Jeffrey M. Talpins and attended by U.S. Under Secretary of State Allison Hooker, the session focused on transitioning the diplomatic framework from initial normalization toward tangible, long-term cooperation. The inclusion of Kazakhstan represents a significant expansion for the bloc, broadening the Accords beyond the Middle East into Central Asia. Participants emphasized that the partnership must now prioritize practical economic and security outcomes to ensure lasting stability. Talpins noted that the initiative is shifting toward deepening existing bilateral ties and establishing durable mechanisms for multilateral action. The N7 Foundation, which hosted the first multilateral convening of these nations in 2021, intends to continue serving as a platform for these strategic discussions. By focusing on shared interests in trade and regional security, the member states aim to demonstrate the value of the Accords through concrete benefits for their respective citizens and economies.
