Robo.ai Breaks Ground on Industrial Park in Umm Al Quwain

The site, which involves the refurbishment of existing factory space, serves as the cornerstone for ALIF Holding’s broader industrial expansion. By establishing a local platform, the company aims to streamline the commercialization of its AI-driven technologies, ranging from marine oil spill response systems to land border security solutions. These operations are expected to function through specialized project subsidiaries, with Alif Maritec slated as the primary tenant once the facility achieves operational readiness.

Development is scheduled across three distinct phases. While the current stage focuses on immediate production needs, subsequent phases will introduce new construction and reserve capacity for future business lines. Dr. Jasem Al Mansoori, CEO of ALIF Holding, emphasized that the project seeks to bridge the gap between high-tech software development and on-the-ground manufacturing. Officials from the ruling families of Ajman and Umm Al Quwain attended the ceremony, underscoring the regional interest in the project. The company targets the establishment of at least three project companies within the park by the end of 2026, pending regulatory approvals and the completion of infrastructure upgrades.
