KB Home Launches City Vista Development in Escondido
Prospective homeowners in San Diego County now have a new option in Escondido, where KB Home has officially opened City Vista. The development introduces three-story paired homes starting in the mid-$600,000s, situated near the intersection of North Nutmeg Street and North Centre City Parkway with direct access to Interstate 15.
The new community features floor plans offering up to four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, catering to buyers seeking a balance of modern design and regional accessibility. Residents will be located within the Escondido Union School District, with proximity to local attractions such as Dixon Lake and Kit Carson Park. Planned on-site amenities include a children’s playground, walking paths, and designated open spaces.
Steve Ruffner, regional general manager of KB Home's Coastal division, noted that the project aims to address demand in the area by prioritizing customizable floor plans and transparent pricing models. Buyers can select interior finishes and design elements through the company’s dedicated studio.
