The Sand Springs-based manufacturer of carbon and stainless steel tubing saw annual net sales climb 14.8 percent to $670.9 million. This yearly momentum was bolstered by a strong gross profit of $94.0 million, up from $66.8 million in fiscal 2025. However, the fourth quarter reflected broader economic pressures, as selling, general, and administrative expenses rose to $20.0 million, driven by inflation in wage costs and increased incentive compensation programs.

Capital investment remains a priority for the firm, with $15.4 million directed toward plant equipment updates and facility improvements throughout the year. As of July 31, 2026, Webco maintained $9.1 million in cash and short-term investments, alongside $112.9 million in available borrowing capacity under its senior revolving credit facility. The company also continues to manage its share count, having repurchased 33,800 shares during the fiscal year under a program recently extended through July 2029.
