Operating as a critical intermediary in the healthcare sector, New Age Medical connects over 85 original equipment manufacturers with a network of 200 hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. Since its inception in 2012, the company has focused on simplifying the distribution of spinal implants and orthobiologics. By consolidating vendors and streamlining supply chain logistics, the firm currently supports more than 350 surgeons nationwide.

For Avesi Partners, which manages over $2.2 billion in assets, the deal aligns with its strategy of investing in lower-middle market healthcare services. Managing Director Pete Tedesco noted that the firm intends to leverage its industry expertise to reduce administrative burdens for hospital systems while scaling New Age’s footprint. Managing Partner Chris Laitala highlighted the company's track record and established relationships as the primary drivers for the investment, signaling a long-term commitment to expanding the platform’s reach into broader clinical markets.
