James Dinardi steps into the role of Chief Financial Officer, bringing over two decades of experience in construction and specialty contracting. His background includes scaling organizations and managing financial strategy for heavy civil and commercial building projects. Alongside him, Matthew Harlan joins as Chief Sales Officer. Harlan transitions from his previous role as Regional Vice President at TriMark USA, leveraging a decade of experience as an Executive Chef to bridge the gap between creative culinary design and business development.

The company also looked inward to fill its new Vice President of Project Operations position, promoting Daniel Rios. A fixture at the firm since 2012, Rios began his tenure as a sheet metal apprentice before rising through the ranks to lead Kamran Metalworks. His portfolio includes managing high-stakes construction for major Las Vegas casinos and professional football stadiums. CEO Tim Welsh noted that these additions, which follow his own appointment in May, are intended to deepen the company's technical expertise and ensure the firm remains capable of delivering complex projects from initial concept to grand opening.
