After thirty years of continuous service in Battle Creek, Michigan, the local Pak Mail franchise at 30 Columbia Avenue East has entered a new chapter under the leadership of owner Andy McClish. The transition preserves a long-standing community hub for logistics while signaling a push into specialized freight solutions.
McClish takes over a location that has operated since 1996, maintaining the center’s core offerings of notary services, mailbox rentals, and multi-carrier shipping through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. He intends to leverage the established reputation of the site to expand its reach in the regional market, specifically targeting businesses that require transport for furniture, equipment, and oversized freight.
Patrick Edd, CEO of parent company Annex Brands, noted that the longevity of the Battle Creek site underscores the persistent demand for professional logistics support. Headquartered in San Diego, Annex Brands oversees a network of over 800 locations across North America, including brands like PostalAnnex and Navis Pack & Ship. The acquisition marks a strategic move to modernize the local service profile while maintaining the continuity of a business that has been a fixture in the Michigan community for a generation.
