The offer encompasses various series issued between 2022 and 2023, with tender prices ranging from $1,016.20 to $1,041.40 per $1,000 of original principal amount. Participating holders will receive these fixed amounts plus accrued and unpaid interest up to the expected settlement date of October 6, 2026. The window for submissions remains open until 5:00 p.m. New York City time on October 2, though the company reserves the right to extend or terminate the process earlier.

BofA Securities and Citigroup Global Markets have been appointed as dealer managers to oversee the transaction, while Global Bondholder Services Corporation will handle the role of tender and information agent. Investors seeking further documentation or procedural guidance are directed to the agent’s dedicated portal or contact lines. Fannie Mae emphasizes that this move is strictly a purchase solicitation and does not constitute investment advice, urging participants to review the formal offer documents for a comprehensive understanding of the associated financial risks.
