TJP Acquires Evolution Consulting to Build Integrated Life Sciences Hub
TJP, backed by Renovus Capital Partners, has acquired Evolution Consulting & Research to complete its end-to-end commercial platform for life sciences. The deal bridges the gap between early market research and field-level execution, allowing pharmaceutical clients to manage the entire product lifecycle through a single agency partner.
The acquisition follows TJP’s previous integration of FX2 Virtual, which added virtual sales professionals and omnichannel analytics to the firm’s offerings. By absorbing Evolution Consulting—a firm focused on qualitative and quantitative market insights—TJP now controls a full-stack engine spanning research, strategy, creative development, and field pull-through. This consolidation aims to help biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies navigate increasingly complex pricing and market access environments.
