LifeLabs Learning Launches AI Transformation Training for Managers

The AI Transformation Program, announced at the annual LeaderLab Conference in New York, moves away from tool-specific tutorials. Instead, it focuses on the operational challenges managers face, such as inconsistent adoption rates and the phenomenon of "workslop," where polished AI output creates hidden downstream review burdens. Data suggests that strong managerial support makes employees nine times more likely to report improved work quality, yet fewer than 30% of workers currently receive such guidance.

CEO Nathan Blain emphasizes that the program targets the human element of technology integration. Through three facilitator-led workshops, managers learn frameworks like "FLOW" for task evaluation and "MOP the Slop" to maintain accountability. The curriculum shifts from teaching individual prompt engineering to fostering team-wide habits, such as identifying where AI can genuinely increase capacity versus where human judgment remains non-negotiable. The program concludes with a Skills Lab, where participants apply these methods to their own workplace challenges. Starting October 5, 2026, the initiative aims to stabilize workflows as roles and expectations evolve under the influence of automation.
