Incline Equity Partners Adds The Conrad Company to Portfolio
After 58 years of independent operation, York-based industrial distributor The Conrad Company has been acquired by Pittsburgh private equity firm Incline Equity Partners. The deal marks a transition for the fluid power and automation provider, which serves a broad spectrum of manufacturing, food, and beverage facilities.

The Conrad Company specializes in hydraulic, pneumatic, and compressed air systems, maintaining a dual role as both a product supplier and a technical service provider for original equipment manufacturers and end users. By integrating with Incline, the company plans to scale its technical workforce and broaden its service capabilities to meet shifting industrial demands.
Michael Antonelli, Managing Director at Incline, cited the company’s deep technical expertise as a primary driver for the investment. Incline intends to push for growth through both organic development and future strategic acquisitions. CEO Seth Bray noted that the partnership provides the necessary capital to deepen the firm’s sales and technical resources, ensuring they remain competitive while cultivating new market relationships.
