The Irving-based retailer is utilizing its widespread network to push both breakfast and lunch specials on October 6, 2026. Patrons can access buy-one-get-one-free deals on potato-and-egg or chicken fajita tacos, specifically crafted for the holiday. Beyond the BOGO offers, the chain is introducing a $5 price point for its El Gran Tocino items, which include both double-taco portions and single burritos. A bundled meal deal—consisting of a chicken taco, a bean and cheese taco, a side, and a Big Gulp—is also available to anchor the promotion.

William Armstrong, Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations and Innovation at 7-Eleven, Inc., noted that the confluence of the two events provides a natural hook for the brand’s fresh-prep strategy. By leaning into its signature handmade flour tortillas and marinated proteins, the company aims to convert convenience-store shoppers into restaurant-quality taco consumers. These deals are designed to highlight the brand's on-site cooking capabilities, which differentiate its food service from standard grab-and-go retail offerings.
